Hold, aim, release — the Charge Piercer rewards players who treat Pragmata as a shooting gallery instead of a twitch arena.
Overview
The Charge Piercer sits in the doorway when you drop north from the Sector 2 · Mass Production Array — 03 Side Alley Escape Hatch. It's the Attack slot's precision tool: a held-charge shot that passes through the first target and keeps going, making it disgusting vs. lined-up groups or long-limbed bots.

How it Works
- Fire mode — Hold trigger to charge; release to fire a piercing bolt.
- Range — Long. One of the few weapons that reaches across the bigger Sector 4 arenas.
- OPEN interaction — A full-charge bolt through an OPEN weak point is one of the highest single-hit payoffs in the game.

Strengths
- Shreds any enemy with a clean line behind it — chained bots, corridors, queued-up spawns
- Charged shots reliably break armored weak points
- Strong boss damage when timed to OPEN windows
Weaknesses
- The charge window punishes panic play; bad against swarms in close quarters
- Missing a charge is a big DPS swing
- Not great as a "cleanup" tool after a hack — by then you want something faster
When to use / pair with
- Best in: boss fights, ranged encounters, and any room where you can hold a sightline.
- Pair with: Stasis Net to guarantee your charged shots land, or Shockwave Blaster as the close-range answer for when charging isn't an option.
Upgrade Notes
Damage > charge time. You'd rather the slow shot hit hard than fire a half-charged bolt.
