Every trophy in Pragmata with its icon and unlock condition. Missable flags marked in red. Platinum takes two playthroughs — one on any difficulty to unlock Lunatic, then a Lunatic run, plus 100% cleanup in Unknown Signal.

Unlock every other trophy.
Earned once all 35 other trophies are unlocked. No DLC required.

Finish the game on any difficulty.
Story-related. Complete the main campaign on any difficulty — Casual or Standard on the first run is fine. Lunatic Difficulty is not required for this trophy.

Complete Unknown Signal.
Unknown Signal unlocks after your first clear. It starts at the Shelter, uses the Tram Terminal to open a new area, and contains 10 challenge rooms. You must also hit 100% completion in every sector and defeat the reinforced versions of the Sector 1–4 bosses. Clearing all 10 challenges unlocks a black-box Mod; equipping it during the final fight triggers the hidden ending cinematic. The trophy pops after you beat the reinforced final boss and finish the run.

Finish the game on Lunatic Difficulty.
Lunatic Difficulty unlocks after your first clear, but it cannot be selected from a New Game+ save — you must start a fresh New Game to pick it. Enemies hit harder and have more HP, but you can print every printable weapon and device at the Shelter from the start.
Recommended approach: prioritize Safe Box pickups and Pure Lunum to upgrade damage; push HP, player damage, and Diana's hack damage before weapon-specific damage (which only affects the yellow slot). For hacking, run Heat Buildup + High Heat Mode with the Pulse Carbine to pop OPEN States fast on regular mobs — not recommended for bosses, whose heat gauge fills too slowly.

Complete the primary objective of every training mission.
There are 30 Training Missions accessible from the Shelter. They unlock gradually by defeating bosses and upgrading the Shelter, and by picking up Training Data during exploration.
Each mission has a primary objective and two optional side objectives — only the primary is required for this trophy. Missions span hacking, weapon drills, and platforming. If you ignore the side objectives, most primary objectives are very doable.

Reach 100% exploration in any sector.
Hit 100% exploration in a single sector. This means collecting every Safe Box, Pure Lunum, Storage Expander, and Training Data in that sector. Mini Cabins are the only collectible type that doesn't count toward completion. The full-collectibles walkthrough marks every pickup.

Obtain the stop code.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

Reach the Tower Access Point.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

Repair Diana.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

Defeat the Sector Guard.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

Complete one REM set.
Collect every REM in a single set. Exact pickup locations are covered in the full-collectibles walkthrough.

Shoot every Mini Cabin.
There are 15 Mini Cabins total — small robots scattered across the five main sectors of the first playthrough, three per sector. Exact locations are covered in the dedicated Mini Cabin walkthrough.

Print every weapon, hacking node, and ability available during the main story.
You only need to print each one once — you don't have to max-level anything. Everything becomes available during normal progression, either automatically or through Cabin Stamp Club boards.

Unlock every Escape Hatch.
Escape Hatches are the teleport nodes linking the Shelter to each sector. Locations are covered in the full-collectibles walkthrough.

Deal 6000 shooting damage in one second.
Easiest in Training Mission 07 — Piercing Plan. Fully charge the Charge Piercer and run it through three or more robots lined up in the range.

Reach the Shelter.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

Restore power.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

Reach the Communications Tower.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

Meet the trapped girl.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

Talk to Diana at the Shelter.
Once you clear the prologue and can enter the Shelter, walk up to Diana and keep talking to her until the trophy pops.

Receive a drawing from Diana.
Keep talking to Diana at the Shelter and give her REMs (Read Earth Memories). Eventually she'll give you a drawing in return. There are 4 drawings total, unlocked over repeated conversations.

Win a game of hide-and-seek.
After enough chats with Diana at the Shelter, she'll unlock the hide-and-seek minigame. The Shelter map is small and there aren't many hiding spots, so she's easy to find.

Give Diana a REM.
REMs (Read Earth Memories) are holographic toys you can gift to Diana. You get your first REM automatically during the early story — just hand it to her at the Shelter.

Complete one Cabin Stamp Club board.
At the Shelter, interact with the Cabin NPC to unlock the Cabin Stamp Club. There are 4 boards that cost 9, 16, 16, and 16 Cabin Coins respectively. You earn Cabin Coins from exploration, training missions, and gifting REMs to Diana. Clearing any one board pops the trophy.

Complete the primary objective of one training mission.
See the Training Master trophy for the full list. Each mission has a primary objective and two optional side objectives — only the primary is required.

Clear one Red Zone threat.
Red Zones are short combat arenas marked on the sector maps. You need Red Gate Keys to enter them, and each run rewards mostly Pure Lunum. You'll need to clear all of them for 100% sector completion, but one is enough for this trophy.

Defeat a Scavenger.
Scavengers are small flying enemies that flee when you approach. You have to aim and finish a hack to take one down.
Missable in practice: Scavenger spawns are inconsistent — reloading a save sometimes refreshes a location, sometimes doesn't. If a Scavenger escapes more than once, you may lose the spawn entirely. You only need one kill across your two playthroughs, so keep trying and watch for spawns. Slowing them down with Overdrive or Stasis Net helps.

Find a hologram wall.
Hologram walls are fake walls that can be dispelled to reveal collectibles behind them. This trophy unlocks automatically during full exploration.

Shoot a Mini Cabin.
See the Mini Cabin Master trophy for locations.

Upgrade a weapon with Pure Lunum.
Early weapon upgrades cost standard currency. Once a weapon reaches a higher tier, further upgrades start costing Pure Lunum. Spend one Pure Lunum on any upgrade to pop the trophy.

Complete one challenge in any sector.
Clear the first challenge in Unknown Signal mode to pop this trophy. See the Right Candidate trophy for how Unknown Signal is structured.

Defeat three enemies at once with the Lim Recycling weapon.
Two reliable spots work well — look for tight enemy clusters in the Lim Recycling Facility or any chokepoint where three enemies bunch up. Fire once they're grouped.

Fend off Lunum Diggers all the way through the Lunum Mines.
Several areas of the Lunum Mines spawn Lunum Diggers. Drop down to ground level to lure one out, then keep fighting it until it retreats. Stay clear of the sparks popping out of the ground to avoid instant damage.

Steal a shield by using Chaos on an enemy.
First appears in Lunum Mines 03 — Warehouse, where you meet the Defender enemy. Defenders are large, with four shields in front. Hack them and, in a single one-stroke path, trace through a Chaos node during the hack to steal their shields.

Cleanse three or more enemies at once.
Cleanse unlocks automatically at the Tower Access Point during the Advanced Pragmata sequence. You'll get several shots at this trophy there: you need to hit three infected enemies (not standard ones) in a single cleanse. Hold L1, wait until three infected enemies are grouped close together, then release.

Deal 3000 hack damage in a single hack.
Equip Diana's Offensive Mode. Hack an enemy once to crack them, then on the second hack trace through as many offensive nodes as possible in one stroke while your weapon fire keeps landing during the hack. This usually pops naturally during normal play — worst case, the story's final fight includes a scripted hack that deals over 3000 damage.
